LUXE
LUXE is a London-based composer, multi-instrumentalist and performer whose work exists at the intersection of classical music, electronic production and contemporary sound art. Recently signed to Decca’s Mercury KX, she is establishing herself as a vital new voice in modern composition, drawing on her classical background while embracing the open-ended possibilities of electronic music and live spatial audio.
Her recent music & forthcoming projects present a deeply personal form of worldbuilding, weaving together harp, flute and strings with intricate electronics to create soundscapes that evoke both natural landscapes and imagined histories. The works explore themes of memory, folklore and place, a grasping at an unknown past that manifests through hybrid acoustic–electronic textures and bold, intuitive production.
Performance is central to LUXE’s practice. Her live show expands on the recordings with immersive, spatially mixed sound and collaborations with classical instrumentalists, offering audiences an experience that dissolves the boundaries between concert hall, club and installation. These performances have already seen her support Jon Hopkins on his UK dates and appear at Draaimolen, the ICA, Saatchi & Bimhuis, with further commissions, international performance, and a London headline at The Southbank Centre planned for 2026.
As a curator, LUXE is dedicated to creating platforms that spotlight musicians from her roots alongside electronic innovators, building spaces where genre dissolves into shared experimentation. Her ability to frame and contextualise sound is as evident in her live projects as it is in her DJ sets, where she is recognised for eclectic, high-energy selections that move fluidly across scenes. Beyond the stage, LUXE also composes for film, fashion and advertising, working with clients such as Dazed, Furla and Miramax. Her creative versatility and instinctive grasp of sound have become her defining throughline, uniting her diverse practices into a single, evolving body of work. As DJMag has noted: “LUXE makes it look easy.”
