:: GUEST LIVE ARTIST :: LUXE FEATURING KLARA SHUMANN (CELLO)
Recently signed to Decca’s Mercury KX, LUXE is emerging as a distinctive new voice in contemporary composition — blending classical foundations with electronic music, live performance and spatial audio to create deeply immersive sonic experiences.
For SIGNAL, LUXE will present a special live performance in full spatial audio alongside live cello from Klara Schumann.
:: GUEST FILMAKER :: BORIS THOMPSON-ROYLANCE // DEADBEAT FILMS
Filmmaker and visual artist Boris Thompson-Roylance explores memory, ritual, identity and emerging culture through film, installation and immersive media.
For SIGNAL, Boris will present exclusive premiere edits created specially for the evening, including excerpts from ‘The Land Remains’ exploring belonging, folklore, and the search for national identity through Britain’s pre-Christian traditions - alongside material from ‘I AM’ his large-scale collaboration with IMOGEN HEAP, in co-direction with Daria Korsak and an international collective of artists working across AI, VFX and live action.

A pioneering force in electronic music and one half of the legendary ambient duo GLOBAL COMMUNICATION, Tom Middleton has spent over three decades exploring the intersection of sound, technology, consciousness and human experience through immersive audio and functional music designed to support relaxation, focus, sleep and wellbeing, including acclaimed collaborations with Calm. A resident artist at POLYGON PORTAL since its launch, Tom is currently presenting TIME ECHOES - a series of deeply immersive spatial audio journeys exploring the relationship between sound, nature, humanity and perception within Portal’s 360° L-Acoustics sound environment.
For SIGNAL, Tom will present a special introduction to the evening alongside an exclusive spatial sound journey created especially for the event.
